We've arrived safely. A little rough around the edges. My body clock says it's about 7am but the clock here says its 1:01pm. The flight was pretty good - and I got a vegan meal which was awesome! 8:30pm Salivating...waiting for the pad thai to get to the table. Chelsea and I have great conversation and each of us wait for our food. Finally it arrives. It smells amazing...it looks beautiful! Flowers adorn the noodles. I eat a tiny bit as we chat it up. I eat about 1/4 of the plate - with the hopes of saving the rest for lunch the next day. ( Read more... )
