Paper Direct fail

At the end of January, I ordered some stationery online. It's a company I've bought from before, so I didn't think much more about it. It's really disappointing. Still, I've been ordering from them since the early '90s and this has been the first snafu. But as a foul-up, it's pretty thorough.
