An evil cat? Does it hiss at you? [Vanille loves all animals, though, she would probably try to hug a cat if it hissed and would get horribly scratched. :|] I'm fine! I heard about the ball that was happening, so I was looking for something to wear to it! I've never been to one before, but it sounded like fun.

No one's completely sure. People generally agree that there are two Valentines it could have been for. Neither of them really had romantic origins, though--one was a priest and the other was a bishop.

Oh... [Getting an image of Barthandelus right now, although he's not technically a priest.] It's kind of weird, then, that it would turn into a day about romance! ... I don't know how romantic shooting someone with a bow and arrow is, though.

Except... there have been some that haven't been so nice, so I guess it's understandable! [Mistletoe curse for example, derp.]

But it is nice to meet lots of people! Especially when they're fun to talk to. [Awww yeah, cute girls unite. Vanille stares down at her plate.] I'm having a... what's it called? Oh, right, a muffin! And some of this hot chocolate stuff... do you want anything? [This seems like a standard thing to ask on "dates", right?]
