[A circus, it's a real live circus! Allen grins, because it's been so long since he's been to one and he never gets to dream happily about them anymore. Everyone's getting ready for their act, and he wants to join in like when he was a child. That was why he was here, wasn't it? He was a clown after all, he must be here to perform. He's about to go get dressed when he spots a familiar face]

-Helena!

[Backstage]

[helena_campbell]

[Helena's talking to some of her fellow circus performers (fortunately the tent is no longer empty), when she hears a voice call out her name.]

Allen? [She makes her way over, juggling clubs in hand, mask pushed up onto the top of her head.] Where's your mask? [You can't perform in the Campbell Family Circus without a mask!]

[Backstage]

[jesusing_clown]

It is you. This is your circus? I'm afraid I don't have- [Suddenly a white mask presents itself on Allen's face] ...Never mind, heh.

[Backstage]

[helena_campbell]

That's what I thought. [She grins, gesturing vaguely to another clown as she shows Allen out of the tent, and into the lawn.] Did you want to perform? [It's noisier outside the tent, lots of little kids running around and their parents having a hard time finding them in the dark. The neon CIRCUS sign flashes overhead.]

[Stands]

[Stellar sits in the stands, waiting for the show to start as she curiously looks around at the dim surroundings. She's never been to a circus before and she's curious to see what will happen.]

[Stands]

[helena_campbell]

Stellar? [Helena wonders who all these people are and why she recognizes them. Boy, dreams really are weird, aren't they?] What are you doing here? [The circus girl makes her way through the stands, squeezing past people, eventually sitting down beside Stellar. She's already in costume, but she's fiddling with her mask in her hands, instead of it covering her face.]

[Stands]

Helena is here too?

[Stellar looks at the other's outfit curiously.]

What is Helena wearing?

[Stands]

[helena_campbell]

Of course I am! It's my dream, after all. [Though she still thinks Stellar is just a figment of her imagination.]

It's a costume. Don't ask me why we were them, because I don't actually know.

[gypsyjean]

[Jean is backstage, stretching out before donning the more elaborate pieces of her dancing costume.]

[helena_campbell]

Ready? I'm a little nervous. [Helena greets Jean from the gymnastics bar that she uses for practicing the tightrope. It's not that similar, really, but it helps calm her nerves.]

[gypsyjean]

I think we all are, no matter how many times we take the stage. [She smiles brightly]

[helena_campbell]

I suppose. [She sits down, trying not avoid being too hyper.] At least it's not as bad as the first time I ever had to perform.
