Why can't official organizations give you a straight answer about anything, ever? Even if you beg?

This really is a situational matter, as some questions have straight answers and others do not. In order to determine whether or not the question at hand is requiring of a straight answer, we must first request that you fill out several forms in triplicate. You must supply specific proofs and examples of your question and mail them to our PO Box in Nebraska. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

What? You want to know where the forms are? Um... What's that behind you?! *run*

It has a lot to do with you not asking straight questions. If you'd stop going around wasting everyone's time asking strange, heavily veiled questions like this one perhaps people would take you a little more seriously and they wouldn't keep jacking you around. Now if you'd kindly rephrase your question in the form of MAKING SOME DAMNED SENSE and providing better background we'd be happy to answer your question.
