She leaves Monday morning when we take her to the airport at 10, pick up our rental car there, pack it up and 'shwoop' off to the desert.

From the front window, I can see the fog creeping over the city like and old womans hand. I miss the fog. Because I did my Saturday morning cleaning on Friday, I got to stay in bed this morning and read David Sedaris. I want to be his friend so bad but he would think me freakish.
