make sure to keep them clean and dont fidgit with them! Otherwise they will get infected. You might want to make sure to only use surgical steel earrings or pure silver for the first six months once you are cleared to change them... fakes can also caouse a reaction as well as gold.

She's got pure titanium in them currently, so it shouldn't be an issue. :)
