Putting together a referral list for one of my classes.  This means I want to make a list of all the people / services that I would want to be able to refer my clients out to when I am licensed.  I've got a short list of ones that I'm looking for, and I'm totally open to whatever you think I'm missing that would be handy to have.  If you respond,

In Santa Cruz, Gael Decleve, DO is so awesome that I wish I could clone him so that everyone could have a doctor like him. He's on campus a few days a week, but I think he also has a practice elsewhere.

Dr Kaia French at Kaiser Santa Clara is an excellent Physical Therapist. However, right after I completed my PT she had a child. Not sure if she returned to practice after that.

There is no alternative to CPS. If you're a mandated reporter, you report to CPS. Even if you're not, CPS is the only system there is for investigating abuse and neglect.

The only thing I can say is www.therapistlocator.net which will get a list of the Clincal Members of AAMFT searchable by zip code.
