Hopeful development?
As an addendum to the previous post, I am sure many of you heard that after Chief Justice Roberts flubbed the oath of office on Tuesday, he and Obama re-did it on Wednesday in order to make sure everything was done correctly. Inaugural thoughts
Among other things, today was the first day of spring semester classes at the Humphrey. My first class of the day is from 9:45 to 11:00, but the prof let us out after only 20 minutes so we could all watch the formal ceremony in the auditorium. Recently departed.
Sci-fi fans worldwide are mourning the loss of two actors from iconic roles. For the first, Patrick McGoohan, I must wonder if No. 6 will appear anywhere on his headstone. For the second, Ricardo Montalban, I must ask if his coffin will be lined with Corinthian leather. Goodbye Khan and Prisoner, you will live in on in our hearts and DVD players -
