Saw the news recently that the last of those authors I consider to be the great titans of science fiction, Sir Arthur C. Clarke, has died at his home in Sri Lanka. Today I went and got myself qualified for Jeopardy! again, doing an audition in the swank new Ivy Hotel. The experience was pretty similar to the one I had on that most auspicious of days: 06/06/06.
