So, weighed myself this morning post workout. 256, pretty much on the nose. Means I've lost 8 and a half pounds since I started working out. (maybe more, I gain about a pound or so in water during my workout, because I make sure to down a whole lot of water to keep well hydrated. What the goddamn? Have you always been that light, or is that a recent improvement? I just went to my first weightwatchers meeting today, and I weighed in at 188.
