Ride for the roses 2011

Well as some may already know, this year I have opted to join in with the "ride of the roses", a charity event for funding of the cancer fund in which people are taking long distance bike trips over 3 different distances

I survived! :)
Got a nice rose at the end, and a small brooch as reminder of the event.

They eventually gathered over 110.000 Euro! So I'd say it's a succes.
Definately going next year again.

They managed to get over 110.000 Euro for the cancer fund.

At the end got the traditional rose and a small brooch as commemoration of it.
I think I'll do it again next year.
