Is there any precedence for someone retaining even a vague sense of connection to things or people they have encountered in their life before Memento Eden? Even something as simple as a feeling of Deja Vu

I have been here for a couple months so far. I'm not sure if it's the same thing that you are talking about, sir, but... There have been some individuals that I have felt were familiar to me, even though I thought that I had never seen their face before.

One of them turned out to be an actual acquaintance of mine, but the other... I am not sure.

((just fyi, the former is Renji, and the later is Byakuya. Ichigo, she doesn't remember well at all, 'cause Rukia hasn't known Ichigo for that long anyway, I figure))

It happens all the time. You may not have met the person before, but they can remind you of someone you have.

I.. I sometimes feel something like Deja Vu. I will be talking to someone and think that they remind me of someone else... but I can't remember who. Or I will be doing something here and wonder where I learned it. It's very.. unsettling. I hope it is a good sign though.. So far I have not met anyone here who actually seems to be from the same place as me, unfortunately.
