I don't know whether he would have the time, you would have to ask him, but... I would recommend Kuchiki Byakuya-san as a sword-wielding instructor. I do not know if you have seen his matches, but he rose very high in the ranks before being defeated by another fighter named Trunks. I wasn't there for that match, though, so I do not know if Trunks also wields a sword.
