Something Corporate/Straylight Run Concert #2
Last night went to the soco and straylight concert for the second time in 3 days...this time in Sac! What an To be honest it was way better then the one in SF. I went with my friend Josh and met up with Kevin again. He actaully got off work just for the concert!! GOOD JOB! The crowd was stupid there though...that was the only downfall. Nobody even wanted to hear straylight run and I really like them. They deserve so much more credit then what the crowd gives them. I seriously was one of the only ones moving around when they were up there. Then there were these 2 drunk girls in front of us trying to fight with this little girl behind us. It got ugly thats all I have to say. Josh had to step in and then the little girl tried to push him and I was like hey now you don't have to go puching him...it was crazy! And another stupid guy behind us while Kevin and I were trying to move to the front was talking shit. Saying that we had no where to go, and not to push people and that we were stupid because there was no room and I was getting bothered by it and knowing me I have to say something. I turned around and said look this is a pit...if you don't want to get pushed leave otherwise stop talking like we are not here. There is pleanty of room don't worry about it...he kind just shut up. Then when the bands came on nobody was moving around...they were dead. It was so sad. Whats with the crowd in Sac?! Forget them I was jumping around like crazy and people kept looking at me like I was insane...but thats what you do so whatever. Kevin was all the way in the front...lucky. But good thing I stayed where I was because I caught the water bottle that andrew was drinking out of!!!! ( lead singer and piano) It hit these girls in front of me and they just looked at it...I went down to grab that shit hahaha I'm sorry thats awesome to me. I drank all the water out of that...best water I ever had! lol Then at the end of the concert I was the only one jumping and I was taking a picture of the guitarist as he was throwing something. Next thing I know I feel something hit my shoulder...I look down and it was the guitar pick that he was playing with!!!! Omg again people just stared at it...another thing to walk away with! WOW just what an awesome show! Thank you Kevin for going AGAIN!!! Good times! More pictures....lucky you ;P
