Envy (noun): The feeling I get every time I read your stuff and realize I can't write even a fraction as well.

Still rocking that magic turn of phrase I see. Don't stop.

I really envy how good you can write. It all just seems so natural and fluent.

clearwater. we only spent a day there i think? i don't remember it super well because this was like five years ago or so but it was by or in sandkey park? and there were freaking lizards everywhere and i took like 809875 pictures of birds there haha. i should post them! i have a fetish for birds, if you can't tell.

i dont know where sand key park is. i dont really go to clearwater beach that often.

i said treasure island because its closer to where warped tour would have been.

yah if i recalled it was a place called vinoy park? where we played. but we were all very early before noon bands so we usually spent the rest of the days in shenanigans time.

i talk about offdates in the story but we never had any offdates. i was only on in august, got picked up in pittsburgh and it was nonstop to the south from there.

i've taken a lot of liberties with timelines here, like i posted an orlando story before tampa, but in reality we were in tampa before we were in orlando but for the sake of some sort of character developement, i thought the orlando story fit in better before tampa and all the heinous shit that came after it.

Excellent. Your imagery gives me something to aspire to.

Internal monologues? Accounts of dialogue? I'm there.
Awe inspiring imagery that casts a perfect picture of my location to my reader? I'm somewhat lacking in.

Can't wait to hear more.

You deleted the entry I was to reply to with this (second time you've done this to me >_<), so now it gets posted here.

(referring to your question about why people don't write anything "real" anymore)I think perhaps many people these days would rather immerse themselves in a world of their own creation, because the world they live in is often a scary place to be. This doesn't necessarily mean that the world they create doesn't have its basis in the reality of the writer ( ... )

yeah haha. a lot of 'real' entries i post i end up deleting after like 24 hours. sometimes i need to vent and sometimes i just prefer to feel like i am mysterious, i guess.

yeah, i mean, i have some ideas in my head for fantasy ideas and it's not that i'm against it or look down on it it's just... i guess i'm just shocked by how prevelant it is, at least in the circles i am in here on LJ.

I guess that's what happens when things like the Happry Potter and Twilight series become so popular, everyone and their mother is suddenly a fantasy writer.

yeah, that's probably true. but you know what? i'm all for it. whatever gets the creative juices flowing.
