• Got my Arai Quantum-II motorcycle helmet last week.
  
• A couple of days later, I tried to take off the visor according to the instructions in the manual.
  
  • A piece of plastic broke off of the helmet mechanism, and went flying.
    
  • The visor will no longer stay on.
    
  • This, apparently, is a common problem.
