Neo blinked, disoriented, getting slowly to his feet and stumbling out of the alleyway he'd found himself in. Cool night breeze against his face broke him a little more out of his stupor.
He rubbed a hand over his eyes and gazed out into the street. He didn't know this place.
There was a park up ahead. Neo took a few cautious steps down the pavement, trying to figure out where he was and trying to remember how he'd gotten there. He stepped out onto the grass, glancing around in confusion, still trying to get his bearings.
There was a man sitting on a park bench up ahead idly blowing smoke into the sky. Neo didn't think that strangers in parks would be the best people to get answers from, but perhaps he could-
