*hugs* This is why I do not have a smartphone. The potential for stress would be too great. (I spent ages today wrestling with a Cabin Pressure CD,trying to get the tracks in some sort of sensible order because apparently the manufacturers didn't think people would want to put it on their computers and plan accordingly. Technology is stressful.)

Job applications are horrible; it is fine to take a break from doing them.

Right, I am now going to buckle down and send in an internship application for an arbitrarydeadline of 5.30, just so I can feel I've done something. Wish me luck!

Ahahaha, the internship I'm applying for flat-out says that they want Oxford graduates. Well, it lists 'familiarity with academic environments (particularly the University of Oxford)' as a desired attribute.

Oh, you know how you said that Caitlin was reading a Michael Morpurgo book? I found one I hadn't read on a display outside a charity shop, read a few pages and was in tears instantly. I forgot his books did that.
