Styx was sitting on the bed she'd once shared with Pallas, staring out the window lost in thought. The week had been strange and just when she had started adjusting to all the twists and turns her life had taken everything had changed again. It's not that she wasn't pleased that things were back to normal - or as normal as they could be - but the constant distortion of time and events was making her feel dizzy.
But now she would have Pallas back again. How she had missed him! He had promised to meet her soon, so now all she could do was wait for him to arrive.
