so 10 of my 12 cultures got contaminated in the last two days . . . BOOOOOO to E. coli!!!!!! dang bacterium. so now i'm only left with a sad pathetic two, and i was so close to being finished with about 6 of the ones that got contaminated, but now i just have to bring them up again and start all over. and i didn't have back-ups for some of them
