Hmmm I find it intriguing that every faculty member thinks I'm brilliant and perfect. When surrounded by the worst anyone looks good even me. It's disgusting how the people here judge, but maybe that's how they survive? I don't know I see this as the outer-rim of society this towards the end of what you know. Humble is heaven compared to this place

and i understand your reasoning, but i have my own. and as much as i love my friends, i still hate humble...but like i said, i understand your view too.

It's true in all aspects of life. But to have ambition and strive for more for yourself is no sin. If you plan on continuing your education at a community college...i would strongly suggest getting your GED. If it's followed up with an associates or bachelors degree than the GED doesnt matter and that degree will carry you through whatever career you pursue. I went through a similar hell, in quest high school where I knew i was never going to get out. It isnt too late to do something about it all...it's what I'm doing because my home life leaves much to be desired and to be honest I'm not getting what I need from the high school. When you have to take the exact same courses over in college and pay for them...i see no point in relearning it in high school. But that's me....just thought id let you know about the GED thing in case you wanted to consider it.
