My brother enjoys it. And he has friends with other console such as PS2, xbox360, and they were able to tell the differences between each one. But it doesn't stop my brother from playing it pretty much every night since he got it for his wedding present.
In regards to the graphics, X360 has the win. As for sound, X360 has the win. As for wireless controller connectivity, X360 has the win. The Wii version from what I heard only has mono sound, and the "chink" sound that happens when you miss a note comes from the Wiimote from inside the guitar.
I'm hopefully going to be buying a X360 soon.. and GH3 will be my first purchase :D
The GH3 implementation of the wireless guitar for PS2 is probably not the best to play on, too much lag which results in alot of missed notes, unless you adapt your playing style to pre-hitting the notes.
