I fit into my size 40's again :D yay!! I'm down 17 lbs now after weighing myself this morning after 2 and a half weeks. I noticed that my body does things like a man ... it sweats that way... it loses weight that way... and it bulks up when I work out. I may just do strength training only twice a week because of that. I don't want too much
