finally she turns 19!
now i'll be able to work her at the clubs without having to worry about you catching me.

as for diet plans...try the Abs Diet.
it's the most sensible one out there.
there's a book...and a web site.
the name sucks, i know...but it's from men's health, and they know their shit.
