Short version: Delilah is a character in Angel's soap opera.
Longer version: She was introduced in Angel's diary, and then referenced by Buffy, Cordelia, and Faith. Faith read Angel's m.o. (magnum opus) and that's why she was talking about Delilah.

This was delightful. I love how you captured Wilkins' voice and his relationships with the rest of Sunnydale. I'm definitely going to have to check out the others.
