* :) bamboobranch has started to translate Wink Up 200809, akira, you'll soon find out why I was yelling at Shige~ lol.
* In terms of trans, please let me know if Shige's article in Duet & Myojo 200808 have been translated. I think one of them has, but I can't remember exactly now. Don't know if I should translate them.
* I find this harder to translate than that Duet crosstalk I did yesterday, probably because this one contains a lot more colloquial words/expressions.
This article may not be as hilarious as the previous one, but it's still pretty nice. Tegomass tease Kei-chan on his goal to become a stylish man; Tegoshi is starting to get ideas to get them to play sepak takraw together; Massu impresses everyone with his athletic abilities even though he doesn't necessarily exercise much. ^^

During the rain season, we invited them out on a rare sunny day. From the studio to the park, the three of them ran with great spirit. "It certainly feels nice to be outdoors na~", they started to randomly run around in the park. But, they noticed jump ropes that they didn't know how to play with right away, they suddenly became quiet. "How do we play this?! Please Kei-chan!" (Tegoshi), "Yosh, Tegomass will hold the ropes" (Masuda), "No no, I want to see how Massu looks when jump roping" (Koyama), then everyone started to take turns jump roping. After a few minutes, "It's fun~!" Masuda started to jump marvelously, no doubt that he has excellent reflexes!! Looking at him like this, Koyama started to ask, "Although you've got great physique, have you been exercising lately?", and then the talk about exercises has begun~ ♪
-- Massu, what's your secret to maintaining stamina?
M: Recently, on my days off, I haven't been stepping out of my house na.. rolling around at home, it's so comfortable that it's happiness.
K: But, just now you were jumping so wonderfully. Apparently, Massu's physical ability is not the same as ours ne. Amongst the members, he is best at being (physically) active.
T: His muscles seem to be nicely and evenly distributed oh~ (1). It feels as if inside his body, even the muscles we're unable to see are well developed.
M: So it's like that na~ In elementary school, Tegoshi must be the type of kid in class who is excellent at any sport; you were also great at soccer, right?
T: No, I'm the type that once I start liking something, I would continue working hard on it.
K: Speaking of which, you've mentioned earlier that you play futsal four times a week right?
T: It's been six times this week ♪ Because it's really fun that I can't help it! It has become a part of my life ne.
K: And, Massu likes soccer too right? Tegoshi hasn't invited Massu to go and play futsal?
T: But, even if I had invited him I think he wouldn't come.
M: Yeah (certainly)... If you invite me during winter I would go. It's too hot during summer, so I don't really want to move (lol). Sitting on balance balls at home would be enough.
K: It's Massu's style na (lol). I've been into going to the gym.
M: Wuah, I certainly can't last on that... Really, I probably go to the pool once a year. In the summer, floating in the pool alone, it feels comfortable ne.
K: But I really recommend it oh. It was about a year ago when I was working on the butai, I started to go to gym regularly. I first exercise to sweat, then I enter the sauna; it feels as if all the bad things in the body are released from the body. It feels refreshing ne ♪
M: Hm~ because I really don't like the heat, no matter what I do during the summer, I'd sweat a lot ne~ plus there is no air conditioning in my room.
T: Massu really likes to stay at home ne~ (lol). During the summer, when he stays in his room, it can replace the sauna ne.
K: Even without exercise, Massu's stamina has no reason to drop low, I think I can start to understand. (lol)
-- As official supporters, there's something to say.
T: Come to think, recently Kei-chan hasn't been playing baseball? Back then, didn't you used to play amateur baseball?
K: Can't play it na~ Even though I really want to play baseball, but recently I've only been watching baseball games.
T: I watch them a lot too. Seibu's G.G. Sato (2) and Giant's Ramírez's (3) activities, I really pay attention to them oh~
M: I pay attention to swimming competitions' swimsuit problems. Actually it's not related to the swimsuits, but I really hope Japanese athletes can do their best ne.
K: The two of you know so much (lol).
M: Also, when the women's volleyball team qualified to enter the Olympics I was really touched!!
T: We as the official supporters/cheerleaders, feel extremely happy ne.
K: Ganbatte, hope they can be world's number one ne.
-- The three sporty guys in private are like...?
K: Until recently, Tegoshi and I would go shopping and play together. But recently, NEWS members haven't been going out together ne~.
M: Really, I don't know what Koyama usually does ne. But I've heard a saying, that he wants to work towards being a stylish man.
T: Ah, that, I've heard it before! There was certainly a declaration of "I want to become a stylish man!" ne (4). Just now he was saying that he has to buy this pair of pointy boots yo (lol).
K: No, I was half joking.
M: But there's still the other half (lol).
K: At first I wanted to be a stylish man was probably because of the aura, of a sense of vigor; plus it feels very summer-like... like that. As we talk about this, I've no idea what Tegoshi does when he's not playing futsal...
T: Hm~. For me, on the days off it's 100% futsal na~
M: All of us, we don't know really know what each other does during our private times ne~ If the three of us don't go out occasionally it wouldn't be good ne~!
K: When everyone plays together, it'd apparently still be sport related right? As we sweat, we help each other train to become men.
T: Then, what's a sport that we can do as a trio~?
M: Volleyball would be nice right? We were just talking about it a little.
K: But we don't have enough people (to play) right?
T: Then, let's add volleyball and soccer together and divide them by two, so that it becomes
Sepak Takraw, how's that? Though we've not played it before, but Massu knows how to do back flips, he should probably play it well right (lol)?
M: Even if I know how to back flip it doesn't necessarily mean that I know how to kick it well~...
K: And there are only three of us, are we able to play?
T: If it's like this, let's set a goal to become official supporters of sepak takraw!!
K+M: gaga~n (period). (5)
T: I'm just kidding! (lol)

1. Tesshi actually used the word, "balanced".. but to write muscles are balanced sounds slightly awkward to me.. so I changed it.
