There he was again.
No matter how hard Kana tried, every time she raised her gaze from the floor, he was there. Not that he paid much attention to her. Sometimes he was with friends, and she would steal a glance of his boyish smile and his rainbow colored hair.
The times she loved the most was when she caught him walking alone, staring straight ahead with a twinkle in his eye, unwavering. It was like the busyness of the world didn’t affect him. Like whatever may happen, he would always be there, smiling and laughing. Kana was drawn to it.
Often, Kana would ask around about him. What was his name? Where did he come from? She could never get any real answers. He was something she could never touch. He was part of a completely different world from her. Kana never tried to even talk to him. Her quiet nature never allowed her to.
She would have to be satisfied with admiring him from afar.

1. Its been forever since I've posted in my lj, never mind wrote a drabble for my challenge. I've missed it.
2. This is kind of a mirror for something that I am going through right now. Won't go into that too much...
3. It is KanaxMeev, though I don't actually mention his name, I do make a reference to his rainbow colored hair.
