I think we may have renters

A couple who looked at the house last week called and asked for a rental application.  As long as they get everything back to me and the background checks come back clean, they should be moving in the last week of December.  This will be a huge relief!  I'm trying not t get my hopes up in case something comes up and it doesn't happen.  Thinking
