Any Canon store ought to be carrying those chargers. There's one in Megamall at the Cyberzone. There's one in Trinoma. There's one in Mall of Asia. You could also try the Canon main office on Pasong Tamo.

Yes to faithlessphil! You could actually find one in any Camera Haus outlet. Original charger costs around 2k, but it's really sulit :)
