It's very easy to train a rabbit to use a litter box especially after they have been spayed or neutered. They are like cats and like to go to the bathroom in the same spot so you just put a litter box where you see them go and they will use it. My rabbit has two litter boxes. Her main one is in her cage and the second one is in the kitchen. When she is in the area near the kitchen she uses that one and when she is in the living room she uses the one in her cage.
