Got our new shipment from the CSA yesterday. Apparently a pound of potatoes add up to three potatoes. But no matter! I was able to substitute apples for some kale, which I've never cooked with before

This is one of my favorite things you make. I made it several times for dad when I was living at home and I've made it only once since then. I need to make it again, but it can be kinda expensive. Waiting to get my food stamps so I can pay for it.
