(Forgot to post this last night)
Boooo today. Even clean eating can't always save you.
Breakfast:
- Green tea (+honey)
- 1/2c oats (+1/2 banana, 1T wheat germ, 2T flaxseed, 1T peanut butter, a few dark chocolate chips) <- I only ate about 1/2 of this, I just wasn't hungry
