Ok, so we started our diet back today. It's not really anything much different than what we have been doing. But we will be adding exercise and logging our food intake and keeping our calories within the recommended range. Heh, your metabolism calculator says I am not allowed to be less than 5 feet tall.
I just started doing the counting calories thing as well. I use the calculator at sparkpeople.com. It has a very large database of food and you can type in a recipe and how many servings it makes and it will calculate the calories in it. Mostly I am trying to make myself stop snacking by keeping track of everything. I try to stay between 1300 and 1500 calories. I only want to lose about 10 more pounds. Every scale I get on says something different though which is really frustrating when trying to keep track of anything.

Best of luck to you and you are definately going about losing the right way. I am actually able to notice a little difference in the way you look already.
