Notes.
1- Seems sad to put Swordfish in something, as it is so amazing by itself.

2- Cook the fish first. Brown them. And use the juice or Clam Juice. Be sure to use Stock for it, not Broth.... Broth is crap.

Finally, make sure it is a wine you would drink by itself, as the flavor will be concentrated in the soup, be it good or bad. I'd use a dry wine in this.....

Sounds good though (and you knew, I was going to mention things.... being the Chef.....).

So, when are we going to be having this?
