You're not part of a minority. Look at the Christian Right; last time I checked the U.S. is full of Catholics. You're just not in the right enviornment.
And I don't want to get in an argument about religion, so I won't, but I will say 8 pages is more like a short story and the Bible is more of a novel.

I did not even realize you quoted me. The concept of God is perfect, kiddo. People who fool themselves into thinking there is nothing bigger out there are just kidding themselves. However, no religion is without sin. The problem is I can't get behind the establishment.

i don't think the thing is that people don't like jesus, i think its that people don't prescribe to what the church says about gay marriage, no female priests, abortion, etc. don't worry, you aren't hated, you're a part of one of the biggest religions around!
