i like ur icons. they are beautiful
but what i wanna ask is... how did u do this layout skin? did u do it or is it from somewhere else. i like. i would like to have the code , css or smthing.

Thank you! And do you mean for my lj (which I just changed my header for right before I read this)? I use Flexible Squares with S2 (because S1 won't let you show your icons!) on basic account.
Well, it doesn't work as well, but if you change the tutorial so that at the end, instead of copying the merged image and pasting it on top, paste the orignal base twice and set the first one to screen and the the top one to softlight. The screen layer will probably need to be set at a lower opacity.
After doing it pretty quickly, using random anime icons I had around, I got this:
