Begin with base:



Duplicate your base and set the layer to SCREEN 100%:



Duplicate your base again, drag it to the top and set it to SOFTLIGHT 100%:



Create a new layer filled with #75e9eb and set it to BURN 100%:

Create a new layer filled with #e1c4b0 and set it to SOFTLIGHT 100%:

Create a new layer filled with #d6ccc5 and set it to MULTIPLY 100%:

Now duplicate your base, drag it to the top, and set it to SOFTLIGHT 100%:



Now, paste on this texture by unmasked_icons and set it to SOFTLIGHT 100%:

Now create a new COLOR BALANCE layer and enter the following numbers:
SHADOWS: -20, -5, 65
MIDTONES: -29, 24, -23
HIGHLIGHTS:4, -11, -5



Create a new BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST layer and put 9 into CONTRAST:



Now, I created a new layer and added a text brush by jougen-no-tsuki. (But you can just set this picture below to SCREEN 100% and it'll be the same):

Now, add a texture by ewanism and set to SCREEN 100%:
