Going from:

Translatable! Very simple, too!

Begin with base:

Duplicate your base and set it to SCREEN 100%, or whatever depending on your base. You want it pretty bright though:

Create a new layer filled with #7c7ea6 and set the layer to OVERLAY 100%:

>

Create a new layer filled with #54bcc8 and set the layer to COLOR BURN 100%:

>

Create a new layer filled with #0c0f1b and set the layer to EXCLUSION 100%:

>

Duplicate your base, drag it to the top, and set the layer to SOFTLIGHT 100%:

Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>COLOR BALANCE, enter in:
MIDTONES: -29, 6, 17
SHADOWS: -8, -13, 13
NO HIGHLIGHTS

Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>HUE/SATURATION, enter in:
Master Saturation: 21

And it's done!

Questions, comments, results... yeah. Seriously, nobody shows results anymore! Anyways, yes another one of my trademark blue tutorials (I'm really just in love with blue colorings). (And yet again, feel free to friend me if you like my tuts)
