well you technically might have been. There is a good chance you placed the balloon on my car before the bracelet was placed on my wrist. Let's do an analysis

oh i bet i wasn't first then. the balloon was probably attached at 12:16pm. i bet you were in your car on the way home.

yes, the bracelet was attached at roughly 9:03am by nurse Larry. Sorry, Kidwell... everything seems to be in order on this post.
