So last night I get to work and stupid staffing put two RNs with temp licenses on our floor for evening.. which means no charge nurse. So ... what did they do? They sent me up to the medical surgical floor cause I have more experience up there. It was ok but just put me behind in work. I got through the evening.. with only having to ask minor
