I just spent a half hour writing out the longer post that I have EVER written and LJ erased it. FUCK FUCK FUCK. I will update later cause I am NOT rewriting all that right now... uggggg.

What a fucking long and fucked up day. I need a drink!!!!!!!!!11111

I hear about this problem happening a lot. It's not so much LJ that's the problem, really, because that never happens for me. It's really Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Try a different browser such as Opera, which saves information after it is processed (since they recognize that information might otherwise be lost). Mozilla Firefox might also do the trick.

Or, you could use a client program, which is like a word processor that logs in and gives you a few more features. It's found here: http://www.livejournal.com/download/
