Friday night was Elizabeth's last baseball game of the season. She plays for Rec and Ed, which is basically the local rec league run by the school district. That is SO amazing - and what a valuable life lesson! Jacob would have started the same way, refusing, so as I was reading your post initially I started to get that familiar anxiety rising in me where I try to talk him into trying and he refuses.

So, I am SUPER SUPER SUPER impressed with Elizabeth!!!! She worked hard all summer to learn to pitch, and then she gave it a shot in a stressful situation and she didn't buckle under pressure!!

A team can win 30-0??? Holy hell. Here, we cant do more than 3 points per inning, and it never goes further than 5 innings

What an amazing game and re telling, I almost felt like I was there! Bravo to Elizabeth! She has worked so hard and has such dedication and bravery. She is a true inspiration.
