My tactic has always just been to not sleep much the night before so I'm exhausted on the flight and sleep through most of it. Ha. I know Elisa always used to use Dramamine to help her sleep.

Also, one of my new roommates knows a ton of people who will still be at Hong Kong Disney when you get there. It's a small world (after all)!

Long trips are hard. It took me 24 hours to get to India.

I OVERpacked, to ensure I would not go crazy (although the size of my carry-on luggage ultimately added to the stress, so it's a bit of a give and take).

I brought a video game, a portable DVD player, four novels, comic books, and a notebook and pen. That was just to keep me entertained.

I also brought an eye mask (but I think they give those out), some xanax, some Unisom to hep me sleep.

When we went to London didn't we both pop a drammamine? I know I did, and it was quite pleasant. Of course, it messed up my sleep cycle and I was exhausted when we landed. They made us do a whole tour and some other stuff as soon as we landed, do you remember that??

I know I definitely took one on the way home, and couldn't believe it when we were landing! Eight hours had never passed so fast...I remember watching Everybody Loves Raymond, and then being passed out.
Yeah! That was lame. And the lamest of the of the lame was the British Museum on the last day and we were all so tired with that blow hard old lady.
