( Vanille's phone call is sort of an accident - she's not used to gadgets like these, and back on Cocoon she and Fang had mostly hit buttons until something happened. This device isn't quite so complicated as that, but it's still not like anything she's used back home. She manages to make it work by sheer dumb luck, though, and the video function

Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes? [Fang does grin, now. It's subdued, but it's there.] Guess we did. [A beat. She glances around.] Made it to...wherever this place is.

"Bell Pointe" is what it's called.

(Her mouth quirks into a hint of a frown before she shakes her head back and forth.)

It's not part of Cocoon or Pulse.

[Fang frowns too, puts her hands on her hips.] "Bell Pointe," huh? If it's nowhere near Cocoon or Gran Pulse, how the hell did we end up here? [Her eyes darken.] This isn't another fal'Cie trick, is it? Last thing we need.

If it's not part of Cocoon or Pulse, then, where is it?

(She huffs. It was a frustrating question to answer, especially since she'd been unsuccessfully trying to answer it herself for as long as she'd been here.)

We don't know. There's no one around to answer us. Everyone here, they all woke up like we did. They don't have answers, just more questions.
