[He had been forewarned about what using this device would be like, a brief instruction giving him tools enough for his purpose.  Yet he used it with great caution, as the small boxy object with which he could 'call' on the whole of the town made him wary.  When the last of the rings cut off with the call being picked up, that soft little click, he ( Read more... )

Hello. [She's just that snide not to call anyone by their title, but at the same time, she'll be forcefully polite.]

I think I've heard this before a few times and sadly, no one has really stepped up to structured a force to help keep peace in this town. Someone with experience may help and I do hope at the same time, those who offer and attempt to keep this place safe are humble ones.

Personally, I for one, wouldn't mind it. We're in dire need of stability.

I assure you, lady, my intentions are not self-serving in any form.

May I ask with whom I share the pleasure of speaking to?

Good, I'm glad, it's wonderful to hear sincerity.

And as for that, I suppose that can be expected, as all of us haven't had pleasant experiences with mediators in the past. I'm sure they'll turn a leaf in time, we still need structure in this place.

My name is Galatea. Pleased to, ah... meet you.

You as well, Miss Galatea.

[Were you before him, he would have nodded his head politely at you. But this damned device in his hand pressed to his ear makes it feel entirely odd to do so, and he hasn't truly met you yet.]

I would prefer if I could meet you in person to discuss the matters at hand, at least so I can get a firm grasp on the situation of this [damnable] town.

Would you care to do so?
