... Does anyone know what happened to that new street, I think it was called Elm? It looks like a tornado hit it, but I thought tornadoes mostly struck in the flatlands. And either way I'm fairly sure someone would have noticed a tornado last night, even with the rest of the storm. It's completely flattened... Even the road is cracked.

I wouldn't be surprised, but the last place like this I went to wasn't badly-constructed enough for that, and that one was built at the end of a very long war.
