I dunno what your exercising indoors consists of, but could you put an ep of Show on and watch while you sweat?
Social media is the *worst* of all possible black holes, rabbit holes, times sucks, everything.
I gotta limit myself very strictly or a) too much time spent and b) i get REALLY REALLY REALLY pissed off.
Good luck!

My FB is like that, mostly just family. But I followed all the 'Alts' on Twitter - AltNASA, AltWH, etc - all the 'underground' or whatever accounts by people who are actually in the WH or in the FDA or whatever, and are not following the party line.
Plus people like Elizabeth Warren and such. Basically news and politics.
I know a lot of people do Twitter for fandom, but that seems so weird to me, so i keep LJ/DW/AO3 for that. :D

I prefer to CHOOSE when to read the news, etc.
But yeah, FB is for family/friends (also some old coworkers in an attempt not leave doors open, which I sort of regret now, because I'm not sure I want those doors open, but it'd probably be rude to boot them from my FB). Tumblr/LJ/AO3 is for TV/Movie fandom. Twitter/Discord is for BTS fandom, and misc other things.
