When it was 2-nil USA I was thinking, maybe the US only does score when I'm not watching the game with Shiny at KoP, I guess I better not call him and see if he wants to go there for the 2nd half!

Turns out not to matter quite so much....Brasil is really good at the beautiful game.

I watched the 1st half live, but had to do naptime/etc during the second, so in some sense, I blame me for letting the defense down.

I do admit, when we went up 2-0, the thought that went through my head was "At least we're not going to get blown out." :)

I'm also likely the only one who, during the play where the U.S. scored their 2nd goal thought "It's just like NHL 94!"
