I don't know why it's always so disturbing to see voice actors using their character voices in "real life," but it is. Even knowing that Yeardley Smith pretty much always sounds like Lisa Simpson doesn't help. Hank Azaria is the most disturbing, I think, just because he does so many voices, and he's recognizable from other roles where he wasn't doing a voice at all...just strange.
